If I interpreted correctly, you are looking for a sales person (people) who is (who are) a “Professional”? We know as Sales Leaders that Great Sales People are priceless. Finding those sales persons whose inner drive keeps them progressing or even taking action towards their success is an adventure. I had success using Linked In for identifying and recruiting sales professionals in the past.

I am a life long sales person and I pride my self on inspiring those that I sell my products and services to daily. What I’m trying to find out is… while there are seemingly so many like minded sales people out there and on this blog type site, where does one find them. I have a great product and a straight ahead sales program with great commission plus bonus. It seems that all I find are people that don’t really want to make the first call, much less the 6th or 7th. Anyone?
