During difficult times salespeople face the seemingly daunting specter of the gloom of negitivism. Our nature of being Type A personalites is to be hard on ourselves and when we are too critical of ourselvs then we self fulfill this negativity. Beat yourself up too much then you will only have a beaten salesperson! Failing is easy, you don't have to do a thing!................ Succeeding is difficult, it requires facing the challenges and over-coming obstacles and learning from our failings. Failure can never be an option, the only choice is to succeed, push foreward, one inch, two inches, but by the end of the day you will have moved in the direction of your goals. It's not the goals you set that will enable you to achieve your objective, it's the determination. Wayne Gretsky's memorable line, "I miss 100% of the shots I never take!", stands as the most notable quote to achieving success. Discipline, Diligence and Determination!

Understanding (know why you are there)
Connections (have the right people around you to pass on the lucky opportunities)
Knowledge (know what to do when you see the luck)

- Keep up the great site!
